"Day by Day" is a daily (mostly) music blog curated by a college girl, home for the summer, with way too much free time on her hands.

All the music posted is from Amie Street, an innovative online music store where a song's popularity determines its price. All the songs start free (and most are free when I post them) and rise to 98 cents.

BONUS: The Walkmen



The Walkmen just released their new album, You & Me, exclusively on Amie Street. The whole album is available for $5, while individual tracks (of which there are 14) are 98 cents each. But all proceeds, the full 100% of the sale price, go to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in honor of Luca Vasallo, who's 7 months old.
